Default Editing contacts in 2007 -

I have been trying to edit contact details in outlook 2007 - i change the tel
no of a contact, press save and close, outlook then opens confirm 'location
setting' window which will not allow me to cancel or complete - i cannot find
any info regarding this on help or on other forums, the software then has to
closed using window task manager - someone please, please help

Default Editing contacts in 2007 -

That pop up will go away forever once you tell it your location setting. It
wants to know your telephone area code. eg mine is (02). Tell it and it will
bug off.

maybe you expect too much! The Help files are not great - this Newsgroup is
an excellent resource. Come back often and read other posts as you can learn
a lot here.

Are you looking in Outlook's help files? It's not there because it’s a
windows dialog - try looking in the windows help files and you should find
something.
