Default Import Distribution List?

Using Outlook 2007. Our Outlook admin created a distribution list for me in
the global address book. I have a list of 137 people I need to add to this
list. Before I spend the next 3,000 years doing this manually, is there any
way to import this list from a spreadsheet, flat file, access db, etc.?

I tried pasting the list in the Add Users dialog, but it will only allow you
to select users from the list. There just HAS to be a better & quicker way!
