syncing but not complete addresses

When I sync to Outlook from my phone, it saves the name and phone numbers but
not the physical addresses or b-days, etc. AT&T couldn't help me - hopefully
someone here will be able to.

It is entirely up to the software you use to synch your information. Outlook is only the repository for the information and takes no active part in the sync except to provide the information.

Contact the supplier of your phone or sync software. It is not an Outlook issue.
