Default How do I modify address list views in OWA?

1. Can I add an address list to the available Global Address List in OWA? I
made one, it is available to Exchange users logging onto the server, but
cannot be seen in OWA.
2. Can I restrict access to the Global Address list making OU members see
only their addresses?

Thanks guys,

Dan
