Default Shared functional mailbox

Hi,

I am after some help with a shared mailbox query.

I have tried the previous suggestions by Sue Mosher, but fall down at step 4.

Basically, the contacts that I am trying to add to my own contacts are
assigned to a functional group mailbox rather than an individual. When I get
to changing the name in the Exchange information, the functional mailbox is
greyed out with no way to change this.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get around this?

Thanks
