Hi,
I'm in Outlook 2003, go into Contacts, double click on a distribution list, add 2 contacts, Save and Close. Double click again to check -- contacts are there. Click on New Mail Message, put Distribution List in the To: field and send the message. The newly added contacts were not on it. This happened when I removed a contact as well. So I click on New Mail Message, add the Distribution List in the To: field, right click and select Properties. The added (or removed) names are not there. I add them again, and click Save and Close. Now they are on the list. Any ideas why this is happening? This is on a home PC with Windows XP Home. thanks greg |
