Can I remove individuals from Contacts but keep them elsewhere?
I'm up to about 900 contacts in my Outlook Contracts. I'd like to have access
to all of them if I need them, but would like to greatly reduce the number in my active Outlook Contacts file. Is there a way to create a folder of Contacts to move seldom used cards into so that I can still access them but they will no longer be in my master active file? |

You could also place them in an entirely separate data file if you want
instead of a separate folder, but there seems little reason to since 900 Contacts occupies very little space. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Wiley" wrote in message ... Duh. So that was easy.
