I need a totaly separate database for contacts that are different from my
current list. I don't want this new list to download to my pda phone just my
current list.

File | New | Folder .. choose to create one that contains Contacts and where
to create it (usually a sub-folder of Contacts).
Extra steps might be needed to view it as an email address book.

Great, I've got that one figured out. Now I need to know how I print my
contact list with the address and phone information along with a picture. I
know how to print but not with a picture.

I don't think you can. I can't see the option there.
