Note: Using Microsoft Outlook v10
My colleague had a bunch of e-mail addresses in the To line of an e-mail she received. She wanted to make this group of addresses a Distribution List for use in the future without adding each one to contacts. Can this be done? Or, does each e-mail address have to be added as a contact first? Thanks for the help. -- S. Ross |
