we have a client that has a user who, would like to view the delegate
contacts as an adress book. I do not think this is an option as I know that
this option is really only available when contacts are local. confirm anyone?

What happens if the person right-clicks the delegate's Contacts folder and
chooses Properties? Is there an Outlook Address Book tab?
