When I click on the to: in email and try to find a name it does not appear,
but when I type in the name in the address bar it appears. This stated after I upgraded to office 2007 using xp/pro. I tried the solution in office help, go, folder list, right click contacts folder, properties, outlook address tab, and show this folder as an e-mail address book was checked but it was grayed out. So I did the following as suggested, tools, account settings, clicked the address book tab, and under name outlook address book appears, but the remove icon is grayed out, so I cannot remove it and reinstall it as suggested. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance Bobby |
