how can i expand contacts allowed beyond 1000

I have more than one thousand contacts and Outlook limits this as well as
overrided MY MSN by putting in unnecessary info.
Does anyone know of a program form microsoft or to purchase that will allow
more than one thousand contacts?

Outlook itself allows tens of thousands of Contacts. It's Hotmail/MSN that
limits them to 1,000. Your beef is with them, not Outlook.
