I have already successfully imported one group of excel files into my
contacts folder. Now the second batch will not show up. I have named the range, but the named range of the new file I want to import does not show up in the import wizard on the "import a file" screen. The name is not in the box...only the first file I already imported shows up. HELP! |

Thank you Judy....I did close Excel this time, but that was a previous
mistake I made.*smile* I actually JUST discovered my error. I was working on this late last night and getting back to it I forgot that I made a slight adjustment and renamed the actual file. So I was pulling up the wrong file all the time which explains my my named range was not showing up.....I was in the wrong place. Judy, I so appreciate your response and willingness to help. I will definately be back here asking the experts again....beats kicking yourselfi n the head for hours trying to figure out what step is wrong or missing. Thanks again, Robin "Judy Gleeson (MVP Outlook)" wrote: did you close Excel after naming the range? -- I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
