I suddenly have the task of getting out a newsletter (to about 100 recipients). For now, I go to my mailbox, highlight a previous newsletter sent by the former editor, hit "reply all", and insert the NL as an attachment. New members are added to a new Group, which is then added to that email list of recipients. Seems to work. But I can't easily edit the original list of names, and certainly can't permanently delete any. Is there any way I can import that list to my address book as a new Group, short of typing each one by hand? Can the original editor send me a file that is importable? Thanks. -- - Alan Justice |
