Can a Contacts/Activities Cross-Ref be made to work with a Hybrid Master Calendar? In addition: LEB is one of our customers useing hosted exchenge through us. Original description: Because of LEB's heavy use of Master Public Calendar (and Outlook's inability to handle the volume of changes) we created an actual email user called LEB Master Calendar and LEB is now using that for it's many appointments. Works perfectly. But when you drill to a Contact associated with an Appointment, then open that Contact's record and check its related Activities tab, there is a choice for Master Calendar but not one for the new LEB Master Calendar. Is there a way to replace that functionality that they were able to use before, with the original built-in Master Calendar? |
