Can i still work with categories iin OL2007 like it was in OL2003 - i mean: I
have about 3500 contacts categorized each one in different items (countries, type of activities, customer or supplier, etc, etc). ANy time i needed to find, or edit all or any of the contacts i had in sweden it was easy. And it was also easy to assign any contact with a category or create a new category. Now (OL2007) i donÂīt know where to edit and correct the Master category list, and create or delete new categories not includede in colour categories. Can someone help me , ....please ??? The colours are very nice and usefull, but i need to keep working with old organization stuff up to i get reorganized for the new system. I can't have OL2003 and OL2007 at the same time while i do the migration and keep working at the same time. -- Luar |

![]() if you click to categorize an item, the list shows up to the 15 last used categories. Then click on 'All categories' to display the Masterlist of Categories. -- Viele Gruesse / Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook A more powerful way to *categorize* any Outlook items: http://www.vboffice.net/product.html?id=2006063&cmd=detail&lang=en&pub=6 Am Mon, 9 Jul 2007 01:56:01 -0700 schrieb Luar: Can i still work with categories iin OL2007 like it was in OL2003 - i mean: I have about 3500 contacts categorized each one in different items (countries, type of activities, customer or supplier, etc, etc). Also, that list will include both the master list and the list of categories for that individual item that are not on the master list yet.
