In Windows XP using Outlook 2003. When searching the Global Address Book by
clicking the open book from the tool bar at the top, plugging in certain letters will not take me to the corresponding letter in the book. For example: I type in 'b' it will show me the first last name beginning with the letter 'b.' The same is true for most letters. But when plugging in the letters 'p' and 'm' it shows me last names starting with 's' I just don't get it. There are definitely last names beginning with those letters, however it seems to just keep defaulting to the names that start with the letter 's.' I have tried removing the address book and adding it back. Other than this, I have no idea how to fix it. Please help!?? |
