Hi
I've gathered from what else I've read on the board that my Contacts list is corrupted as I cant view it from the drop down box in a new message or anywhere else that it is supposed to be available. The Contacts folder properties wont even allow me to clear or check the box under Outlook Address Book to "show this folder as an email address book". It happened when I went back from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2000 (we didn't realise the new application was for one computer only and we couldn't put it on our laptop as well as our pc!) and I have deleted all of office 2003, office 2000 and reinstalled office 2000 but still not working. I also get an error message if I go into Tools/Services and try to add a personal address book or outlook address book as it says "The action could not be completed". What should I do to correct this? |
