I need to set up a Distribution List in our Global Address Book for all users
in my company. Please tell me the easiest way to go about everyone having access to a distribution list. |

That's an Exchange question, not an Outlook question, and the details may depend on your version of Exchange. A good place to follow up would be the microsoft.public.exchange.admin newsgroup.
