I am in the financial services business. I want to use Outlook to capture my
client basic contact and some personal info like family memeber names, birthdates, spouse employment, etc. I can add Field but they do not show up on the input form unless I am missing something. I am not an expert by any means but I don't have any trouble once I get some direction. Please advise. |

The "spouse's name", "birthday", "profession", and "children's names" fields are available to you already. Open the contact record, click the "All Fields" tab and select "Personal fields" in the "Select from" drop-down to see the various fields contaiing personal information for a contact. -- Brian Tillman |
