Default How export contacts to excel add contact and import again

Let me give an example - I have 5 contacts in Outlook - I export them to
Excel -
Then add a 6th contact IN EXCEL and try to import the excel sheet again back
to Outlook.
I was expecting tje 6th contact to appear in Outlook but it does not happen.

It does not work or some settings require changes.?

Thanks

If Possible please answer to
