I had to edit my new bosses contacts, so I exported them to an excel file,
burned it to a cd, then did all the editing on my own computer. With the help of our company user support I figured out that the re-importation of the contacts (which I'm doing to my own contacts folder since I have none there yet) needs to be in a .csv file format. However, not all fields are importing - most importantly all email information is missing. What can I do to import the complete .csv file, rather than just the main name, company, address and phone information? Will I have to edit directly on Outlook, or is this possible? |
