Importing pst file to outlook

Default Importing pst file to outlook

When I import i get a message 'you do not have permission required to access
the file

I have tried to change attributes, no luck HELP

You have posted no information. Include your Outlook version, what you are
trying to do, why "Import" is necessary, and what you are trying to import.

Default Importing pst file to outlook

OUtlook 2003.

I updated to Vista from XP and backed up all my files. Inculuding outlook.
When I try to import the pst file i get that message.

You do not import PST files. You open them.
Why do you need to import your PST file?

Use the account "Administrator" in safe mode to give your normal user
permission to access the file and then take ownership of it with the normal
user.
