file all current contacts by company
I need to file all my current contacts by company name instead of the contact
name. I have too many to do one at a time, is there another way? Sorting them by contact is not an option.

You can use the tool ChangeNames to change the field "File as":

She uses the buttons on the right side to navigate through her contacts and does not use "Find" or sorting tools. Can you help me?

Where is the "ChangeNames" tool? I looked and can't find it. I have Outlook
