Default file all current contacts by company

I need to file all my current contacts by company name instead of the contact
name. I have too many to do one at a time, is there another way? Sorting
them by contact is not an option.

You can use the tool ChangeNames to change the field "File as":

My boss wants to be able to look up contacts by name or by company. She
uses the buttons on the right side to navigate through her contacts and does
not use "Find" or sorting tools. Can you help me?

Where is the "ChangeNames" tool? I looked and can't find it. I have Outlook
2003.

Teach her to use more of the features Outlook provides.
