Default Send message one time with new address.

I want to send a message one time to someone not in my "Contacts" folder.
Outlook 2003 keeps telling me this person is not in my "Contacts Folder" and
wants me to set them up. I don't want to. I do not need everyone I send a
message to set up in my Contacts folder. How do I send my message?
