Make backups of contacts but keeping the division

Default Make backups of contacts but keeping the division

I have a list of contacts divided in some folders but when I make backup the
division that i have in outlook is not made. It exists any way to make
backup of the contacts of outlook keeping the division that I have?

Describe how you're making the backup. State your Outlook version. Tell us
what data store type you're using.

Hi Brian Tillman
The version of outlook that I have is Outloook Express 6. To make backups I
choose the option File , Export and then Other Address Book... The extension
of the filing-cabinet is CSV (Comma delimited) that I can open in excell, but
appears all orderly alphabetical one and not with the division that had made.

That's not Outlook. Outlook is part of Office and Outlook Express is part
of Internet Explorer. If you want to make good backups of Outlook Express
data, see this:
