Default Outlook Contacts Activities tab

I have been using Outlook 2007 trial for sometime without too many issues but
recently, having moved some contact folders around, when I open the
activities tab on a contact file the normal list of emails/journals etc
appears but it will not stop searching when it has found all the activities
so the field is contantly refreshing itself. The only way to stop the search
is by manually pressing the stop botton on the contacts form. This happens
whether you search for 'all items' or just for items of a certain type. If
any one else has experienced/fixed this problem I would be grateful for any
info. I have run a repiar on the install but with no effect.

Default Outlook Contacts Activities tab

My recollection is that the Activities page is supposed to be a dynamic, live search, just as the Advanced Find window would be. What you describe sounds normal to me.
