I am rebuilding from a crash which mostly affected Outlook 2003. I
have replaced some .dll's involving MAPI, and almost have it working 'normally', except when I try to send messages. If I send to someone in my address book that Outlook recognizes, it adds '=smtp: to the address '), and it sits in the outbox. If I re-open the outbox message and delete the '=smtp: (and the trailing ' ) in the address, then it replys 'Outlook does not recognize one or more names'. Same thing happens if I enter a valid address that isn't already in my address book. If I retype the name so that Outlook recognises the name, then it appends the '=smtp: back onto the front of the address, and it continues to sit. |
