Alright, I'm going to display my ignorance. What's a PST and how do I do IT?

A PST is your Personal Folders file. It's where Outlook stores your data
for COntacts, Mail, Calendar, and everything else in your personal folders.
For WIndows 2000 and XP, the default location for the PST is the (hidden)
folder
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and the file
is often named "outlook.pst". If you're in a home environment and using a
POP/SMTP account, you'll be using one. If, however, you're using an
Exchange account in a work environment, then the default folders are usually
on the Exchnage server and you may not have a PST.

Click FileData File Management (Outlook 2002/2003) to see where your PST
is.
