Since I began using Business Contact Manager only after I had several
thousand messages in Outlook, I have to manually link items one by one to the new accounts I am creating. Outlook/BCM should allow the linking of multiple items at one time to an Account/Countact/Opportunity. Best regards. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
