Using Outlook 2003 Contacts. All telephone numbers, voice and fax, were
entered without a 1 or +1. I also use the built in Windows Fax program. Is there a way to add this 1 or +1 to all area codes, other then my own, in order to send a fax? I was told I had to manually add this prefix to each and every fax number in my contacts. No one has been able to provide a simpler way. I have not, up to this point, used my computer to make phone calls. |
