Default address book displays email 2 and 3 in Outlook 2003

Currently my address book displays all email addresses that are entered into
a contact card. I want my address book to only display email 1 even though
email 2 and 3 have an entry. I realize i could manually delete the extra
addresses while I'm in the address book but I would like to correct this at
the source (contact card) since I am importing the same contact card to many
workstations.

Thank You

Not an option. The Outlook Address Book displays all electronic addresses
and cannot be configured otherwise. Always has. Most of us want it that way.
The whole purpose of the Outlook Address Book is to group all electronic
addresses in one place to make addressing electronic messages easier.
