We recently migrated from Exchange 2000 to 2003 and everyone kept the same
email addresses. One account from the 2000 keeps raising it's ugly head is user John Smith. In the 2000 his name was John A. Smith ) and when I created him on 2003 we left out the middle initial from peoples name and now it's just John Smith ). The problem is that on random occurances people type jas and it completes to John A. Smith and I don't know why. Of course when the send the email it gets rejected and I get a call. Any insite to this would be greatly appreciated. |
