I can't get past Step 2 using Outlook 2003 as there is no FORMS link in TOOLS.
Is ther an updated version of this How-To? This question comes up frequently. Sperry Software is developing an add-in that will perform the "File As" conversion on all your existing contacts and we are looking for beta testers. If you're interested in trying it out, please email me directly at sales (at) sperrysoftware.com.
