Default Contacts won't stay in "file as" order

I just installed Microsoft Outlook 2003 Standard on a computer running
Windows XP. When I enter a business contact such as "Amato's Italian
Restaurant," and indicate that is the way I want it to show up in the "File
As" box, when I click on save and close, and look at the entry, I get
"Restaurant, Amato's Italian." This does not happen when I add in people,
just companies.

When I click on the entry to see the detail again, the "File As" box shows
"Amato's Italian Restaurant," even though it is listed under "Restaurant,
Amato's Italian."

This is driving me crazy! I've reinstalled the software several times, and
it still does this. Can anyone help!

Thanks

Nancy Green
