Default how do I include e-mail 2 and 3 in my distribution messages

I have outlook 2003 and have a distribution list for my soccer team, In there
is have added additional e-mail addresses using the drop down (e-mail-2 etc)
when I send a team e-mail it only goes to the primary e-mail address and I
want it to go to all. Thoughts ?
Thanks
