Default Business Card syncronization with Outlook

I have an HP Officejet 7410. I have Outlook 2003. I would like to input
busines cards, scan them and then have them syncornize with Outlook Contacts.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to software that I can buy, or maybe
already have, that would do this for me. I do not want to spend $100+ on a
business card scanner.

Any suggestions would be most helpful.
