Is it possible to merge information contained in multiple contact lists into
one list? If so, how? Thanks.

Usually. What do you mean by "contact lists" and what is your version of
Outlook?

We have Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) sp3. The main Contacts list contains
probably 200 or so entries. Below that is another contact list with a
different name, containing a hundren or so entries. I want to merge the two
lists into one without losing any of the entries and eliminate any duplicates.

If you created two separate folders, why do they contain duplicates?
Just move the contents of one folder into the other. If you think you'll
have duplicates, then run a duplicate checker:

Open the Folder you want to move:
Edit Select All
Edit Move to Folder...
Select the destination folder.
