Default How do I View & edit an OUTLOOK contact entry w. no e-mail or f

In the contact lidst I can mot see all my entires. I know those entirs are
there because when I type a name the card appears but never on the list. I
wanted to see & ediit the OUTLOOK Contact list. I want to modify the contact
list set up so all entires show in Alphabetic order

When I am in the contact addres book the view -Current View is disabled.
The- Customize current view-filter are out of sight. I want to see and be
able to edit and alphabetize all entries. I can only see those w. E-mail and
fax#'s.

I need this list in alphabetic order to mail merge it in word for wedding
addresses. There are duplicate entires with obsolete information that I can
not delete in the contact list. Please help me. Thank you.

Contacts are edited in the Contact Folder.
You should never use the address book view for this. The address book is
intended only to display your electronic addresses--nothing more.
