I have a rule set up on my PC which sends a copy of any e-mails I receive
from a colleague into a personal folder. The rule works fine and all my e-mails are copied, as requested. However, I have recently assigned a Task to her (via tasks) and when she replied, and a copy of this was sent to her Folder by way of the rule, it won't let me delete this e-mail from her folder? It says 'Contacts folder cannot be found'. Is this because it is in a personal folder on the C; drive and it cannot find the Tasks list? If so, how do I delete the e-mail??? Thank you. |
