I'd like to be able to automatically copy contacts matching a given category
from the default contacts folder to another folder (personal folders) in OL 2003. This is because the software I have to sync with my mobile phone won't allow filtering by category, but will allow me to point it to any folder, so I want to copy any contact that's in the "Phone" category to a sub-folder, then sync that folder, thus filtering the contacts that get to the phone. Obviously search folders won't do it, as they're not "real" folders. If it can't be done 100% automatically, can it at least be done at the click of one button, by running a macro? Thanks, Mark |
