I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 5.5. When I started working for
this company, my Contacts folder was filled with my boss's Contacts. There are over 400 of them. My boss is no longer here and I want to get rid of all of his Contacts and replace them with my own. I have another Contacts folder that I labeled My Contacts, however, when I sync my phone with Outlook, it takes the Contacts from the default Contacts folder, which is all of my boss's contacts. There are others that use my boss's contacts also, so I just cannot start deleting Contacts as I am afraid it will also delete them from everyone else's list. My goal is to have my own default Contacts list and remove my boss's list without affecting that list for other's to use. How did I get hooked up with his list in the first place? How can I remove it? Thanks in advance. |
