Default Display company name in task in Outlook..

When I open a contact in Outlook, then click create new task, I enter the
info. But when I go to my task list, the company name is not filled out. I
added the colum, but its left blacnk. If I click on the details tab when
creating the task, I can fill in the company name, but how can I get it to
fill it in for me? The name is there.
