There needs to be an easy way to choose if you want the "Business Fax" number
and "Email 2" to apear when you are creating an email distribution list. As it stands now, theses fields automaticly appear when you cut and Paste names into the "Select Members" field. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
