I used to work on Office 2000 and upgraded to Office 2002 lately. I am using
Windows 2000 and XP (English version). When I am working in Outlook 2000, I can type chinese in the subject field. Also, I can see attachment with Chinese file name. However, after upgrade, I can no longer type Chinese in the subject heading, nor I can see Chinese file name attachment. Can it be fixed? |
