My contact list sorts by last name. When I click on "To" or "cc", the
"Select Names" box comes up sorted by first name. How can I change this so that all are sorted by last name |

Have tried that. The Contacts folder is properly sorted, by last name.
However, when I compose a new e-mail, and click on the "To" button, the list that comes up (the Outlook address book) is sorted by first name. I would like to have that sorted by last name also. Any way to do that? BTW, this is a new computer and I just transferred over my outlook.pst file from the old computer, where it was sorted properly. Thanks - "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Posted here every day: Go to Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or address books Outlook Address Book Change. You might want to read Russ' instructions again. They don't mention the Contacts folder at all, but a setting for the Outlook Address Book.
