Default Sort/Find by "Display Name" on Select Names screen in Address Bk

In addressing e-mail, it would be much easier for me to have the option for
Outlook to search for the "Display Name" on the Select Names screen (which
you get to by clicking on the To: in the address area. This is also the
"Display As" Field on the individual Contact page.

For me, the Display As field is the name the person goes by, e.g. "Rick" or
"Dick" vs. "Richard", or "Chuck" for someone who formally uses "R. Charles".

In addition, the information in this field is associated with a specific
e-mail address, e.g. Bill Smith (Home), or Judy Jones (Office).

Thanks for your consideration!
