Default Calendar Work Week does not make you Free or Busy

You would think that steting your normal working week would cause AutoPick to
recognise times when you are not at work. In our business Autopick will
happily schedule meetings with people who are not in work. Is this supposed
to happen? If not, what are we doing wrong?
