Default Distribution list sends to wrong addresses

I have a user that is using a mid sized distribution list. When she sends to
the list it sends to addresses within her contacts that are not on the
Distribution List. She has deleted and recreated the list and the same
problem occurs.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior, and do you know what causes it
and how to resolve it/ She's using local contacts on an Outlook 2003
installation that is part of the enterprise Exchange system. The problem is
with SMTP addresses that are not on the exchange system.

You did not specify the method by which this DL being entered as the
recipient. Make sure this DL has been removed from the autocompletion cache.

Russ:

I'll do that, however, she recreated the DL under a new name and still
experienced the problem
