How can I update everyone's contacts at once?

I have to update everyone's contacts at my office. I would like to either
find a way to update everyone's contacts at once.
***For example if Tom Smith moves from 123 Main Street I don't want to have
to go to each employee's contact list and change Tom Smith's address multiple
times.
**If I can't update everyone at once, can I create a master contacts list
that the whole company has access to view?

to change globally, Outlook version and information store.
